First Time Use Notice:
To verify your identity, the first time you call you’ll need to enter your account number followed by your Social Security number. This is the only time you will be asked to enter your Social Security number. After that, you will be prompted to re-register for a new Access Code. Once registered, simply follow the Menu prompts.

Obtain your account balance as well as pending transaction items such as ATM withdrawals and debit card purchases. - Account History
Access your transaction history. - Transfer Funds or Make a Payment
Transfer funds or make a loan payment between your Security Bank accounts. You can even schedule for a future date. - Hear Pending ACH Transactions
Review pending ACH transactions that scheduled to post to your account. - Card Services
Report your ATM/Debit Card lost or stolen or change your PIN. - Change your Access Code
Select a new Access Code for 24-Telephone Banking. - More Options

Speech Recognition
Enter 8* to access your accounts in "hands-free" mode using our speech recognition option. Simply listen to the choices on the menu and say what you want to do. If you prefer to use the keypad to make your selections, that option is also available. It's your choice.
Future-Dated ACH Transactions and Recurring Transfers
You can plan ahead! Review ACH transactions scheduled to post to your account on a future date or setup transfers and loan payments between your Security Bank accounts to occur on a future date.
Check Ordering
Need to order checks? Simply select 7 - "More Options"; then 3 - "Order or Reorder Checks" from the menu anytime, day or night to place a check order through Deluxe® check printing.
Account Summary by Email
Select 7 - "More Options"; then 2 - "Receive Account Summary by Email" to request a snapshot of your account history since your last full statement. The information will be sent to the email address you have on file with the Bank.
