1. Sign Up: If you haven't already enrolled for Bill Pay, you can do so by logging in to your Online Banking account through a supported browser, clicking the "Bill Pay" option in the menu, and following the steps required. You can also contact our Customer Support Center at (913) 281-3165 for help on getting set up with Bill Pay.
2. Setting Up Payees: Input information about the companies or individuals you need to pay, such as utility providers, landlords, credit card companies, or service providers.
3. Scheduling Payments: Schedule payments for specific dates, either as one-time payments or recurring payments. Recurring payments are particularly useful for bills that are due regularly, such as rent or mortgage payments. 
4. Record Keeping: Keeps a record of your payment history, including details such as payment amounts, dates, and recipients for up to 18 months. This helps track expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
