Prior to your next trip or vacation, be sure to tell us when and where you're traveling as well as the Security Bank debit card(s) you will be bringing along. Conducting transactions that are out-of-pattern with your usual spending activities will sometimes raise a red flag within fraud detection systems. Knowing where you are will allow us to better monitor your accounts to help ensure legitimate transactions aren't rejected.
How to Notify Us of Travel Plans
Alert us about your travel plans by calling our customer support line at (913) 281-3165. This number is printed on the back of your debit card for convenience. You can also set a travel notice through Online/Mobile banking. If you prefer to work with us in-person, you can also stop by one of our Banking Center locations. We will be glad to assist.
